We invite you to our autumn weekend retreat in Domburg, a coastal village in The Netherlands. Be prepared for loads of juicy movement, the best food - we take our food very seriously - and refreshing hikes. Our host Illyana loves candles and warm lights, so you’ll bathe in cosiness after your movement and yoga sessions. Sometimes they’ll be spicy and bodyweight training focused, other times more relaxing and yoga influenced.

With the darker seasons ahead, we find early autumn a beautiful time to go on a weekend trip alone or together with friends. This weekend will be ideal to shift from the high energy of summer to the cosy and warm atmosphere of autumn.

about movement

Our bodies are meant to move. By moving, we clear our energy. We step out of our busy minds and into our bodies. At ONE, we strongly believe in daily movement to keep our minds and bodies healthy. We hope to inspire you during this weekend to keep on investing time and energy in your own routine at home.

Our Recharge Weekend will consist of multiple movement/pilates/yoga sessions. We will also teach vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation. We invite you to feel all those yummy benefits for yourself!

about the yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Dynamic, active form of yoga in which breath is linked to postures (asana’s). The physical part of the practice supports our strength/flexibility ratio, brings our body back in balance, encourages detoxification and raises body awareness. We get out of the mind and into the body.

Yin Yoga

Slow-paced form of yoga with passive stretches that are held for longer periods. It strengthens our connective tissues and joints, alleviates tension and creates more space in our body. Yin stands for grounding, letting go and receptivity.

Pranayama

The collective of breathing techniques. ‘Prana’ means life energy and ‘yama’ stands for control. Using these different techniques, we bring the autonomic nervous system back in balance. This results in more relaxation, mental clarity and a reset of your energy.

Meditation

We completely let go of all control. By simply sitting down and observing our thoughts, we allow to feel lighter and more conscious.
