Our weekend journey will take place during spring time in Chiny, Wallonia. Our home for the weekend is surrounded by a lush forest and a river which will be fully alive by the time May arrives. As nature is replenishing and coming back to life after a long winter period, we invite you to do the same this weekend.
Renew. Whatever that means to you. Renew your connection with yourself or with your loved ones. Renew your goals, your dreams, your energy… We are humbled to assist you in this process, and will make sure - as we always do - to provide you with everything you need to completely tune in.
Expect juicy vinyasa flows and bodyweight workouts during the mornings and restorative sessions in the evenings. Hikes into the wild that will make you forget you’re still in Belgium. And our food prepared with so much love - the ones who already joined our journeys will know we take this very seriously. But most of all, and maybe what you’ll least expect, is the magic that happens when you finally decide to take time for yourself. Feel free to come alone, with your partner or with friends. We welcome every single one of you!

Our bodies are meant to move. By moving, we clear our energy. We step out of our busy minds and into our bodies. At ONE, we strongly believe in daily movement to keep our minds and bodies healthy. We hope to inspire you during this weekend to keep on investing time and energy in your own routine at home.
about the yoga
Vinyasa Yoga
Dynamic, active form of yoga in which breath is linked to postures (asana’s). The physical part of the practice supports our strength/flexibility ratio, brings our body back in balance, encourages detoxification and raises body awareness. We get out of the mind and into the body.
Yin Yoga
Slow-paced form of yoga with passive stretches that are held for longer periods. It strengthens our connective tissues and joints, alleviates tension and creates more space in our body. Yin stands for grounding, letting go and receptivity.
Pranayama
The collective of breathing techniques. ‘Prana’ means life energy and ‘yama’ stands for control. Using these different techniques, we bring the autonomic nervous system back in balance. This results in more relaxation, mental clarity and a reset of your energy.
Meditation
We completely let go of all control. By simply sitting down and observing our thoughts, we allow to feel lighter and more conscious.
